The Shenzhen International Eyewear (Wearable) Design Contest 2024 roadshow, a supporting event for the Light Vision 2024 Shenzhen International Optics Fair, took place in Shenzhen on December 26th. Entrants are challenged to incorporate technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, health monitoring, and voice recognition into their designs, creating eyewear that combines traditional aesthetics with the functionality of a smart, convenient lifestyle.

The contest encompasses the entire smart wearable industry chain, from advanced eyewear manufacturing and smart wearable innovations to immersive AR/VR experiences and cutting-edge digital explorations. Exceptional projects receive comprehensive support, from concept validation and prototype development to market testing, accelerating commercialization and bridging the gap between design and industry.

Winning entries will be showcased in a large-scale exhibition combining online virtual and physical displays to enhance the artistic and interactive experience.
