SINGAPORE, April 08, 2025 — BrilliA Inc (NYSE American: BRIA) (“BrilliA” or “the Company”), a comprehensive service provider for ladies’ intimate apparel, announced that it is finalizing an agreement with Magic Link Garment Ltd in Cambodia to increase its production capabilities.

BrilliA believes this expansion will improve the operational efficiency of both companies by maximizing capacity utilization. BrilliA projects a revenue increase of up to $5 million in 2025, based on internal estimates, market conditions, and the ability to scale production.

The facility, situated in the Poipet O’Neang Special Economic Zone in Poipet City, Cambodia, covers 20,000 square meters and includes 80 production lines. The agreement enables BrilliA to broaden its manufacturing presence while taking advantage of Cambodia’s trade advantages and competitive manufacturing environment.

• Duty-Free Access to Canada – Apparel made in Cambodia may be eligible for duty-free entry into Canada under Canada’s Market Access Initiative, enhancing its competitiveness.
• Preferential Trade Agreements with the EU – Many Cambodian exports continue to benefit from reduced tariffs under the Everything But Arms (EBA) program, despite some recent changes.
• Stable Economy & Manufacturing Growth – Cambodia’s stable economy and focus on expanding its garment sector position it as a reliable production center.
