Eng brings over 20 years of experience as a finance and accounting executive, investment banker, and private equity professional. He previously held CFO positions at VitalCheck Wellness, Teclison, and Spectral MD, as well as SVP and CFO roles at Immersive Artistry. Earlier in his career, Eng worked in investment banking and private equity at firms such as RBC Capital Markets, Macquarie Group, Deutsche Bank Securities, Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities), and CIAS International (a private investment firm owned by Temasek Holdings). He has executed public and private financings and M&A deals valued at over US$50 billion across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. With his extensive knowledge of corporate finance, M&A, capital markets, principal investments, and corporate development, Eng is well-equipped to lead CURRENC’s financial strategy and growth initiatives. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
