SINGAPORE, April 24, 2025 – EUDA Health Holdings Limited (“EUDA” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: EUDA), a Singaporean property management and non-invasive healthcare leader in Singapore and Malaysia, has announced a shift in its strategic partnership with Guangdong Cell Biotech Co. Ltd. (“Guangdong Cell Biotech”), first mentioned in December 2024. Guangdong Cell Biotech specializes in stem cell therapies and regenerative medicine in China, creating autologous cell treatments and customized medicines for different conditions.

Instead of a joint venture, the companies will now use a commercial distribution model. This change better suits their operations and the dynamics of the regional market.

On April 22, 2025, CK Health Plus Sdn Bhd (“CK Health”), a wholly-owned EUDA subsidiary that sells holistic wellness products, signed a collaboration agreement with Guangdong Key Lock Health Management Co., Ltd. (“Keylock”), an authorized distributor for Guangdong Cell Biotech. According to this agreement, CK Health will market and sell stem cell therapies from Guangdong Cell Biotech to EUDA customers in Singapore and Malaysia.

This new structure maintains the original goal of the partnership, providing EUDA with access to Guangdong Cell Biotech’s advanced stem cell therapies and regenerative medicine.
