SINGAPORE, Oct. 02, 2024 — HomesToLife Ltd. (“HTLM” or the “Company”) today announced the completion of its initial public offering (IPO) of 1,437,500 ordinary shares. The shares were sold at a price of $4.00 per share, raising a total of $5.75 million in gross proceeds for the Company. This includes 187,500 shares sold upon full exercise of the underwriter’s option to purchase additional shares. The shares began trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC on October 1, 2024, under the symbol “HTLM.”
