Kuke Music Meets NYSE Listing Requirements
Beijing, Sept. 12, 2024 — Kuke Music Holding Limited (“Kuke” or the “Company”) (NYSE: KUKE), a leading classical music service platform in China, today announced it has regained compliance with the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) continued listing standards. The NYSE informed the Company on September 10, 2024, that it had met the minimum market capitalization and shareholders’ equity requirements for the past two quarters.
Previously, on June 29, 2023, Kuke was notified by the NYSE that it was below compliance standards due to its average global market capitalization falling below $50 million for a consecutive 30 trading-day period and shareholders’ equity being less than $50 million.
Starting with the opening of trading on September 11, 2024, the below compliance indicator will no longer be transmitted for the Company’s American depositary shares, and the Company will no longer be flagged as being below continued listing standards on the NYSE’s website (). According to the NYSE’s Listed Company Manual, the Company will be subject to a 12-month monitor period, during which its compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing standards will be reviewed.
