BEIJING, China, May 30, 2025 — Li Auto Inc., a leading new energy vehicle company in China, (Nasdaq: LI; HKEX: 2015) announced the successful adoption of all proposed resolutions presented to shareholders during its annual general meeting held today in Beijing. The resolutions were detailed in the AGM notice dated April 23, 2025.

With the resolutions approved, all associated corporate authorizations and actions are now authorized. These include the re-election of Mr. Xiang Li, Mr. Zheng Fan, and Prof. Xing Xiao as company directors, and the granting of general mandates to the directors. These mandates allow them to issue, allot, and manage additional Class A ordinary shares (or equivalents) and to repurchase the company’s own shares, all according to the terms and periods outlined in the AGM Notice.
