Lixiang Education Now Compliant with Nasdaq’s Minimum Market Value Requirement

LISHUI, China, Feb. 28, 2025 — Lixiang Education Holding Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: LXEH), a leading private education provider in China, announced today it has met Nasdaq’s requirement for the minimum market value of publicly held shares (MVPHS). On February 27, 2025, the company received official notification from Nasdaq confirming its compliance with Listing Rule 5450(b)(1)(C) of The Nasdaq Global Market.

Nasdaq had previously notified Lixiang Education on August 29, 2024, that it did not meet the MVPHS requirement of $5,000,000 over the preceding 30 consecutive business days. The company was given until February 25, 2025, to regain compliance. Nasdaq has since determined that Lixiang Education’s MVPHS has been $5,000,000 or greater for the 16 consecutive business days from February 4 to February 25, 2025.
