HONG KONG, Dec. 19, 2024 – New Century Logistics (BVI) Limited (“New Century” or the “Company”), a global freight forwarding and logistics firm, successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO). The IPO involved 1,500,000 ordinary shares offered at $4.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of $6,000,000 before deducting underwriting fees and other expenses. Trading commenced on the Nasdaq Capital Market on December 18, 2024, under the symbol “NCEW.”

Underwriters hold a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 225,000 shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts, to cover potential over-allotments.

The offering was a firm commitment undertaking. New Century plans to use the net proceeds for business expansion, technological advancements, improved warehousing and distribution, staff recruitment, and general operational needs.

Craft Capital Management LLC and R.F. Lafferty & Co., Inc. served as co-lead managing underwriters. Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP acted as U.S. counsel for New Century, and Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC provided U.S. securities counsel to the underwriters.

The securities were offered under a registration statement on Form F-1 (File No. 333-274115), declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 20, 2024, and the Company’s registration statement on Form F-1MEF, filed with the SEC on December 17, 2024, which became effective upon filing.
