BANGKOK, May 07, 2025 — NewGenIvf Group Limited (NASDAQ: NIVF) (“NewGen” or the “Company”), a leading fertility services provider in Asia, announced the integration of its recently acquired MicroSort^® technology. The rebranding to NewGenSort signifies a key step in the company’s commitment to providing comprehensive reproductive solutions to individuals and couples in Asia.

NewGenSort is designed to separate sperm cells carrying X and Y chromosomes before fertilization. The technology distinguishes sperm based on minute DNA differences, enabling precise and gentle separation. It assists couples in family balancing and preventing X-linked genetic disorders. NewGenSort is already commercially available and licensed in several countries.

NewGen intends to utilize its sperm-sorting technology through two applications: MicroSort^® for gender selection and MacroSort for addressing male reproductive issues. MicroSort^® offers couples the ability to influence their family’s composition. MacroSort expands beyond gender selection to tackle broader male fertility challenges via advanced sperm selection, helping couples avoid transmitting sex-linked genetic disorders, thereby promoting long-term family health.
