The collaboration was officially announced at the book presentation ceremony during the NIRI Annual Conference in Boston on June 3, 2025 (local time). Executive Director Jack Chang, representing TIRI, presented the first-ever authorized Chinese translation of the Investor Relations Body of Knowledge, 2nd Edition, marking a key achievement in global IR knowledge dissemination and integration.

According to Jack Chang, the translation was a result of efforts of TIRI board directors and senior members who have extensive backgrounds in corporate finance, capital markets, and investor communication. He added that they volunteered over 200 hours across five months to guarantee accuracy and relevance for Taiwan’s financial sector.

The project supports TIRI’s broader goal, under Chairman Jonny Kuo, to create an internationally focused IR education system, promote transparency, encourage ESG engagement, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.

Through this partnership, TIRI members can access NIRI’s respected global resources, including its main curriculum and the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) credential, which will help promote IR professionalism and international cooperation.

This important publication highlights TIRI’s advancement in standardizing IR education and establishes a foundation for international knowledge sharing and increased regional collaboration within Asia’s IR sector.
