Ragnarok: Promised Adventure is the second title to receive an ISBN in 2025, following 仙境传说：初心 (PROJECT ABYSS, tentative English title) in January. Utilizing the Ragnarok IP and built upon the original Ragnarok Online universe, Ragnarok: Promised Adventure features a diverse character training system and idle rewards. The game was developed in partnership with Kingnet Network Co., Ltd., a Chinese game developer and publisher.

In February 2025, Gravity launched 仙境传说: 破晓 (Ragnarok: Dawn, tentative English title), an HTML5-based idle MMORPG, on WeChat, China’s leading mobile messenger platform. The game achieved considerable success, ranking eighth in top-grossing Mini Programs. Gravity is further solidifying the Ragnarok IP’s presence in China and is accelerating preparations for the launch of Ragnarok: Promised Adventure to capitalize on this momentum.
