SOUEAST Motor’s Global EASE DAY 2025 Aims to Transform City Living
SHANGHAI, April 30, 2025 — SOUEAST Motor celebrated a significant milestone with the first Global EASE DAY 2025, held in Shanghai from April 21-25. This event, themed “EASE YOUR LIFE,” was more than just an auto show; it was a statement of the brand’s dedication to leading a global movement toward an EASE urban lifestyle. SOUEAST combined cultural elements, technological innovation, and engaging experiences to reinforce its vision of urban mobility as a seamless blend of style, comfort, and advanced technology.

From Globe to Shanghai: A Symphony of EASE
Global EASE DAY began with SOUEAST’s global brand activation, each reflecting the value of “EASE.” As SOUEAST expanded into the Middle East, the “Lighting Up the Middle East” campaign in early 2025 illuminated landmarks such as Qatar’s Aspire Tower, Iraq’s Erbil 1 Tower, and Kuwait’s Avenues Mall with its signature Ease Orange glow, reaching over a million viewers. This symbolized SOUEAST’s goal of integrating its philosophy into urban living. “Light connects people and ideas. This campaign has sparked conversations about effortless urban life,” noted Mr. Ke, Assistant President of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. and President of SOUEAST International.

Shanghai: Where Global EASE Converged
Shanghai, a city where tradition and futurism meet, was the ideal location for the first Global EASE DAY. The event was structured around three main elements:
EASE Talk: SOUEAST executives and global media discussed urban life trends, including urban mobility, brand strategy, global expansion, and product lineup. “EASE is about creating a new urban lifestyle that brings more joy and relaxation to mobility,” Mr. Ke stated during the session.

EASE Experience: Attendees participated in urban and outdoor test drives of the latest models—S09, S07, S06, and the hybrid S06 DM. These experiences showcased the products’ core attributes: style, comfort, and advanced technology.
EASE City: A tour of Shanghai’s landmarks—Wukang Road, Anfu Road, and Fenyang Garden—demonstrated how SOUEAST integrates with the city’s rhythm. “Driving here, you feel the car is more than just a tool—it’s a companion in your daily life,” said one participating influencer.
Technology as the Backbone of EASE
SOUEAST’s innovation underlies Global EASE DAY. With 30 years of R&D and support from the Group’s resources and investments, SOUEAST plans to launch 5 urban SUVs, 2 urban sedans, and 1 lifestyle pickup truck by 2030, powered by Super Hybrid Technology. “Our models are designed to adapt not just to roads, but to lives,” Mr. Ke stated.
A Continued EASE Journey
Global EASE DAY is just the beginning. SOUEAST will host annual editions in different cities worldwide. “This is only the start,” Mr. Ke declared. “We’re building a community that believes in living enjoyably, moving freely, and embracing joy.”
As the event concluded in Shanghai on April 25, SOUEAST left a lasting impression: a vision of cars as enablers of EASE urban mobility, not just machines.
