UP Fintech Completes Oversubscription of Follow-On Public Offering

SINGAPORE, Oct. 29, 2024 — UP Fintech Holding Limited (Nasdaq: TIGR) (“UP Fintech” or the “Company”), a leading online brokerage firm catering to global investors, announced today that the underwriters of its recent follow-on public offering have fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 2,250,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing 15 Class A ordinary shares of the Company, directly from the Company at the public offering price of US$6.25 per ADS.

Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and US Tiger Securities, Inc. served as the joint bookrunners for the ADS offering.
