Mercurity Fintech Holding Inc. (MFH) (Nasdaq: MFH) announced that, starting February 1, 2025, Wilfred Daye will join as Chief Strategy Officer and CEO of its subsidiary, Chaince Securities (JVDA, LLC).

Daye will spearhead strategic growth and operational efficiency for both entities. At MFH, he will lead global expansion and digital asset adoption efforts, leveraging his expertise to accelerate growth. As Chaince Securities CEO, he will oversee a client-focused investment banking and capital formation practice, providing tailored solutions to market needs.

Daye brings over two decades of leadership in finance and digital innovation. His previous role was CEO of Securitize Capital, where he successfully tokenized private equity assets for major firms like KKR and Hamilton Lane. He also held key positions at UBS, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, and D.B. Zwirn, specializing in structured credit and financial engineering.
