YXT.com Group Holding Limited Appoints New Auditor
SUZHOU, China, Oct. 31, 2024 — YXT.com Group Holding Limited (“YXT.com” or the “Company”), a leading provider of digital corporate learning solutions in China, today announced the appointment of Marcum Asia CPAs LLP (“Marcum Asia”) as its new independent registered public accounting firm, effective October 31, 2024.
Marcum Asia replaces PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP (“PwC”), the Company’s previous independent auditor. The decision to change auditors was made after thorough consideration and evaluation by the Company and was recommended by the audit committee of the board of directors and approved by the board of directors. This change was not a result of any disagreements with PwC regarding accounting principles, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedures.
Marcum Asia will audit and report on the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The audit reports issued by PwC for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2022 and 2023 did not contain any adverse opinions or disclaimers of opinion, and were not qualified or modified regarding uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles.
