Thousands of rubber ducks raced to the finish line on Thursday, July 25, in an event supporting Cosmic Charity, which provides care for babies and children in intensive care.

After being launched from a nearby bridge into the canal, staff on paddle boards helped propel the ducks down a 100-meter stretch to the finish line.

“It’s a delightful community event…everyone simply loves this event because it’s such a wonderful, fun family event,” said Lynsey Carrington, Acting Chief Executive of Cosmic Charity, about the event.
