Video Shows US Fighter Jets Targeting Houthi Positions
Newly released video footage shows the U.S. military deploying fighter jets aimed at Houthi targets in Yemen.

This deployment follows President ‘s recent launch of “decisive and powerful” airstrikes against the Iran-backed Houthi organization, which has been attacking commercial vessels and U.S. military ships for several months.
In a Truth Social post on Saturday, Trump stated, “It has been over a year since a U.S.-flagged commercial ship safely sailed through the Suez Canal, the or the Gulf of Aden.” He added, “The last American Warship to go through the Red Sea, four months ago, was attacked by the Houthis over a dozen times.”
The president continued, “Funded by Iran, the Houthi thugs have fired missiles at U.S. aircraft, and targeted our Troops and Allies. These relentless assaults have cost the U.S. and World Economy many BILLIONS of Dollars while, at the same time, putting innocent lives at risk.”
Trump vowed that the U.S. military would “use overwhelming lethal force until we have achieved our objective.”
His post concluded with a direct message to the Houthis: “To all Houthi terrorists, YOUR TIME IS UP, AND YOUR ATTACKS MUST STOP, STARTING TODAY. IF THEY DON’T, HELL WILL RAIN DOWN UPON YOU LIKE NOTHING YOU HAVE EVER SEEN BEFORE!”
Since the start of the strikes on Saturday, American forces have been targeting Houthi drone, missile, and air defense systems. According to a senior defense official who spoke with on Sunday, U.S. forces have shot down at least a dozen Houthi drones.
On Monday, Joint Staff Director for Operations Lt. Gen. Alexus Grynkewich informed reporters that “dozens of military casualties” have been counted thus far.
The Houthis have claimed that 53 people, including five children, have been killed as of Monday; however, this claim has not been confirmed by the U.S. military.
Pentagon chief spokesperson Sean Parnell stated on Monday, “This is also not an endless offensive. This is not about regime change in the Middle East, this is about putting American interests first.”
