Local news outlets are reporting that a shooting at a Dallas facility has left three individuals with critical injuries.

WFAA, the local ABC affiliate, reports that police found the suspected shooter dead on the roof of a building in the vicinity after responding to the incident at approximately 7:30 am local time.

CNN reports that ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons stated that initial reports suggest the shooting may have been carried out by a sniper.

TIME’s request for comment from ICE has not yet been answered.
