ADVISA AI training for leaders

Carmel, Indiana March 13, 2026  – Artificial intelligence is quickly transforming how organizations make decisions, communicate, and operate. While many professionals have started experimenting with AI tools, few leaders have received guidance on how those tools should impact their judgment and accountability as leaders. ADVISA, a Carmel-based leadership consulting firm, is launching a new training program designed to help leaders navigate that shift.

Recent research from the McKinsey Global Institute finds that AI agents and automation could handle tasks accounting for 60-70% of today’s global work hours. Yet many leaders are still figuring out how those tools should influence their leadership judgment and accountability. ADVISA’s new offerings—the Leading With AI program and the Leadership + Culture Studio—were created to fill that gap.

“Managers are responsible for providing clarity to their teams, but they often get very little of it themselves. Enter AI: it’s an amplifier. Confusion in, chaos out; clarity in, performance out,” said Heather Haas, CEO of ADVISA. “That’s why leadership development must evolve as AI is adopted and implemented. The leader’s role has changed dramatically—from supervising to making sense of complexity, from charting a path to guiding others through uncertainty.”

Unlike most AI training programs that focus mainly on technical skills or productivity hacks, this experience centers on the human dimension of leadership in an AI-powered workplace—teaching leaders how to use artificial intelligence as a thinking partner while staying accountable for the decisions they make. The workshop is also hands-on: participants apply what they learn in ADVISA’s Leadership + Culture Studio, a private AI space that protects proprietary company information. Access to the studio helps leaders put their learnings into practice for real-world challenges like managing change, having tough conversations, and solving strategic problems.

Participants shared these takeaways after the workshop:

  • “This training was my first real look at how AI could—and should—be used to make me a more effective leader. What I learned is immediately useful.”
  • “I left this experience more empowered to use AI as a strategic thought partner—not just for day-to-day team leadership, but for scaling our business. I’m genuinely excited to put these lessons into action!”

The training will be open to the public starting March 30, with regular cohorts to follow. This new, one-day immersive workshop will be held in person at ADVISA’s headquarters in The Carmel Arts & Design District, bringing together leaders from organizations across Indiana to explore practical ways AI can boost leadership effectiveness.

Participants work through real leadership scenarios and test AI as a thinking partner for:

  • decision-making
  • communication
  • strategic problem-solving
  • reflecting on their leadership

Each cohort is intentionally limited to 20 participants to create an interactive learning environment where leaders can explore both the opportunities and responsibilities that come with AI.

The program is tailored specifically for leaders who are early in their AI journey and:

  • lead teams, functions, or entire organizations
  • are navigating how AI impacts their leadership decisions
  • want practical applications over technical training
  • value thoughtful leadership growth over quick productivity fixes

Participants also receive 30 days of access to ADVISA’s Leadership + Culture Studio, a secure AI-enabled space where they can continue practicing AI-supported leadership thinking and decision-making after the program ends.

The program launched with an inaugural pilot on March 4. Monthly cohorts are scheduled throughout the year.
