Nanning, Guangxi Sep 24, 2025  – The 22nd China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) officially opened in Nanning, Guangxi, on September 17.

This year’s CAEXPO, themed “Promoting AI Empowerment and Innovation for A New Shared Future,” spans 160,000 square meters and features more than 3,200 exhibitors. At the central SOE pavilion, Genertec participated under the theme “Integration and Smart Manufacturing for a Sustainable Future.” The company showcased its latest accomplishments in strengthening its strategic presence in the ASEAN market and driving high-quality development through advanced technological, business model, and service innovations. During the event, Genertec also co-hosted a promotion and exchange session titled “Joining Hands with ASEAN to Forge Cooperation, Igniting Intelligence to Unveil a New Future,” underscoring its dual role as a “value chain integrator” and a “regional development enabler” in fostering a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future.

Three dedicated zones highlight comprehensive cooperation capabilities

Occupying a 360-square-meter booth, Genertec structured its exhibit around three primary sectors—international engineering, advanced equipment, and innovation services—directly addressing ASEAN’s critical needs for improved infrastructure and industrial upgrades.

International engineering fosters regional growth: Genertec utilized a combination of physical models and immersive VR to present its significant projects along the Belt and Road Initiative, demonstrating its end-to-end capabilities in infrastructure and energy development.

Advanced equipment propels industrial modernization: A key exhibit was Neusoft Medical’s proprietary NeuViz Epoch Elite CT scanner, distinguished as the world’s fastest 16 cm spiral CT. Its ultra-rapid scans and exceptionally clear imaging garnered considerable interest.

Innovation services facilitate technology transformation: Genertec illustrated how innovation services serve as a catalyst for technological advancements. Through VR-based virtual machine tools, visitors could “enter” machines, clearly view their internal structures, and even simulate disassembly, making intricate industrial technology more accessible.

Establishing collaborative platforms: Industry forum and youth dialogue

As an official side event of CAEXPO, the forum included keynote speeches, signing ceremonies, and roundtable discussions, presenting achievements in international engineering and equipment cooperation to an audience of approximately 200 guests.

Guest speakers, including high-ranking Chinese and ASEAN officials, lauded Genertec’s contributions to advancing Belt and Road cooperation and opening new avenues for collaboration. They shared insights on deepening cooperation across industry chains, establishing modern industrial systems, and promoting regional integration.

The Gen Z Roundtable brought together ASEAN youth residing in China and Genertec’s Chinese and international employees for discussions on regional cooperation, the green transition, and cross-cultural communication.
