This ensures that documents can be viewed universally across diverse hardware and software platforms, maintaining their original layout, fonts, and images precisely as intended. Furthermore, the software prevents unauthorized modification or copy-pasting of text content.

Upon installation, Miraplacid Publisher integrates into your PC as a virtual printer. Documents “printed” to this virtual device open in a preview dialog, offering options to scale images, adjust hue, saturation, and value, remove unneeded white borders, and perform other image processing tasks. The resulting images can then be saved to disk, emailed, uploaded to FTP or HTTP servers, or printed to a physical printer.

Miraplacid Publisher supports a range of output formats, including PDF, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, PNG, and TGA. When printing to a physical device, users can reduce saturation to conserve color ink or increase value to save black ink. The manual borders detector can be utilized to define a specific printing area if only a section of the document is required.

A desktop icon is added by Miraplacid Publisher, allowing documents to be processed in the background simply by dragging and dropping them onto the icon. Activating “Auto Send” will instruct Miraplacid Publisher to automatically transmit images to pre-selected destinations without requiring further user interaction. To ensure each document is saved as a unique file, users can incorporate variables like {{DATE}}, {{TIME}}, {{IDENTITY}}, {{PAGE}}, or {{JOB}} into the filename or path; these will be automatically replaced with the current date, time, a unique number, page number, and print job ID, respectively.

Miraplacid Publisher is designed for seamless integration, with all its settings being readily manageable through custom software or scripts.
