StableDry Pulls Wolfe Construction Into the Carolinas Network

By: Logan Pierce – SeaPRwire – StableDry Services just folded another local operator into its group. Wolfe Construction of Charlotte joins the portfolio. The move pushes the network into the Carolinas. Local expertise stays in place. The customer-first approach stays intact.

Wolfe started in 2015. It covers the greater Charlotte area, western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina. Services include foundation and structural repair, crawl-space work, waterproofing, wood-rot fixes, wall removal and related residential jobs. StableDry’s stated method is simple. It gathers strong companies that already know their markets. It then adds back-office muscle.

Craig Leyers, CEO of StableDry, called the addition a welcome step. He pointed to Wolfe’s reputation for quality work, trusted service and deep local ties. The plan is to back further growth while leaving those strengths untouched. Once inside, Wolfe Construction becomes Wolfe Foundation Services. The name tracks StableDry’s focus on keeping homes dry and stable through foundation repair, crawl-space encapsulation and basement waterproofing.

Support from the parent group covers accounting, HR and staffing, marketing procurement and shared thought leadership. Local teams keep serving the same homeowners. They now draw on the wider organization. Caleb Rodgers, general manager at Wolfe, described the change as a new chapter. The company built a dependable base. The link now lets it expand without dropping the service level customers already expect.

The portfolio already holds United Structural Systems, Titan Products, OX Foundation Solutions, Stable Soils of Florida and Foundation Services of Central Florida. StableDry itself sits in Nashville and mainly covers central Tennessee, central Florida, Kentucky and northern Alabama. Wolfe adds the Carolinas slice.

Local name stays. Shared resources arrive. The next bid list grows from there.
