A $0.21 Coin and a $3.25 Dream: The Cardano Chart Faithful Won’t Let Go Of

(SeaPRwire) –   By: Lucas Caldwell

Cardano is trading like a coin the market forgot, and one analyst is treating that amnesia as a buying opportunity. ADA slipped to $0.2105 on Thursday before crawling back toward $0.2169, breaking below the $0.22 line that holders had been defending. Master Ananda, a chart watcher with a stubborn bullish streak, did not flinch. His roadmap still points to $1 in the coming months, then $2.06, then $3.248 by 2027. That last number would clear the September 2021 record near $3.10. The gap between a $0.21 reality and a $3.25 thesis is not a rounding error. It is a fifteen-fold act of faith, built on two shapes drawn on a three-day chart.

Strip the optimism away and the raw picture is grim. ADA rallied to roughly $0.28 earlier this month, then gave it back. The decline stretches a losing streak that began in 2025 and ran through 2026, dragging the token from above $1 all the way toward $0.20. Ananda’s own chart tracks that retreat honestly. He concedes that consecutive red sessions feel brutal, but argues they do not kill a recovery thesis by themselves. His advice to traders is almost monastic: follow your plan, prepare for losses as well as gains, and do not make impulsive decisions in stressed markets. That is sensible counsel, though it quietly admits the bullish case needs patience measured in years.

The technical scaffolding here is a falling wedge overlaid with a rounded bottom. The wedge captures the long compression from above $1 down to $0.20. The rounded bottom formed over roughly two months, as ADA climbed from $0.1384 in July toward $0.28 this month. The latest selloff has already cut into that advance, which matters. A rounded bottom that loses its curve is just a pause in a downtrend. Ananda’s $1.07 first target comes from Fibonacci levels on the same chart. Fibonacci projections are coordinate systems, not prophecies. They tell you where price might react if buyers show up. They say nothing about whether buyers will.

Now the industry game. Cardano’s fundamental newsflow has been active while the price bleeds. Reports describe new stablecoin products and shifting yields in Cardano lending activity. The Cardano Foundation filed a request for clearer US rules on how regulators define digital commodities. It also responded to proposed EU rules concerning staking and decentralized services this week. None of this is nothing. But the original reporting is blunt about causality: neither filing establishes a direct cause for ADA’s price moves, and network developments do not prove a lasting bottom. Institutions lobbying for regulatory clarity are playing a five-year game. Traders are playing a five-day one. The timelines do not overlap.

That mismatch is the real story. Crypto markets have trained a generation of analysts to treat every regulatory letter as a catalyst and every wedge as a launchpad. Most of the time, price does what liquidity dictates, and liquidity right now is not choosing Cardano. The near-term test is mechanical, not philosophical. Buyers must defend the $0.21 area, reclaim $0.22, and then push back toward $0.28 to retest the top of the recent recovery range. Fail there, and the wedge resolves downward, and the $3.248 target becomes a screenshot people mock in 2028. Succeed, and Ananda gets to say the bottom was rounded all along. Both outcomes are on the table, which is exactly why the chart is worth watching and worth doubting.

The honest read is this: a forecast requiring fifteen times current price is not analysis, it is a position, and positions do not care about your Fibonacci lines.
