Exton, Pennsylvania Jan 28, 2026  – The Exton Region Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce Ashley Pierce’s appointment as President of the organization.

Since 2021, Pierce has served as the Communications and Membership Coordinator for the Western Chester Chamber of Commerce, helping to grow membership and enhance communications through social media and marketing efforts. Prior to that, she was a contributing writer for Vista Today and a lead journalist at GO! Local Publications. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Communications and Literature from Wilmington University.

The Chamber began its search for a new President in October after announcing Laurie Ryan had stepped down to pursue other opportunities. Sean Rinda has served as Interim President, supported by Membership and Events Manager Arianna Lehr, since Laurie’s departure was announced.

Tony Scheivert, Chair of the ERCC Board, said: “We are very excited to announce Ashley as our next President and look forward to seeing her hit the ground running. We are incredibly grateful to Sean for stepping in and providing outstanding leadership and a calming influence as we worked through the process of finding a new President.”
