Tanging 13 sa higit 20 person of interest na inuugnay sa pagkamatay ng flight attendant na si Christine Dacera ang nakipagtulungan sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), ayon sa source ng Politiko_Ph.

Nagsagawa ng hiway na imbestigasyon ang NBI–Death Investigation Division and Forensic Service, sa pagkamatay ni Dacera sa loob ng isang silid ng hotel sa Makati City noong Bagong Taon, matapos ang umano’y palpak na paghawak ng pulisya sa kaso.

“There were more than 20 individuals who were subpoenaed on the Dacera case, but only 13 complied with the summons. Another set of summons will be send to them, and we hope that they cooperate in the investigation to fill the gaps of what happened that led to the death of Dacera,” paliwanag ng source.

Halos lahat din umano ng mga nasa loob ng room 2209, na una nang sinampahan ng kaso ng pulisya sa Makati City Prosecutor’s Office, ay bigo na tumupad sa imbitasyon ng NBI.

“Most of them cited they are busy preparing for the preliminary investigation of the charges filed against them by the police,” sabi ng source.

Ayon pa sa source, ang mga tumugon umano sa summon ay may iisang pahayag na nakilala lang nila si Dacera noong bisperas ng Bagong Taon.

Dagdag pa dito, dahil umano sa “contaminated evidence, not only the cadaver of the victim but also the hotel room which served as the crime scene, made it doubly hard for investigators to come up with a comprehensive finding.”

Tumanggi pa ang insider na ikategoryang may sexual assault kay Dacera.

“Due also to the fact that she was embalmed before the NBI forensic team examined her, it’s not easy to determine if there indeed was sexual assault,” sabi pa ng source.

Base sa court record, dumating si Dacera sa City Garden Hotel tanghali noong Disyembre 31, 2020. HUli itong nakitang buhay alas-6:23 ng umaga kinabukasan.
