Wyde Offers a Course on Arts Management for Social Impact

Milano, Lombardia Jan 26, 2026 – Wyde, the Connective School, announces “Arts Management for Social Impact”, an online learning path crafted for cultural professionals aiming to create initiatives that yield measurable social value – equipped with the strategic, operational, and collaborative skills necessary to make projects trustworthy to communities, partners, and funders.
At a time when cultural organizations are increasingly required to showcase outcomes (not merely activities), the course offers a structured route from impact thinking to real – world project design. It establishes a basis in social impact frameworks, community and stakeholder mapping, and critical approaches, then progresses to participatory practices, co – creation, and the operational models of independent spaces and grassroots cultural centers, with an emphasis on education and mediation.
A practical, structured learning path – with an applied capstone
The course is presented as an online offering with 3 modules and 12 episodes, delivered on demand to a cohort of 10 to 15 participants.
The course concludes with a New European Bauhaus – based capstone project, formulated into a credible, fundable proposal. The final module reinforces core project skills such as fundraising and calls, budgeting, governance, and project management – assisting participants in converting ideas into actionable plans.
What participants receive
The course package comprises:
- 8 experts
- 18 inspirational videos
- 12 live sessions and 9 podcasts
- Articles, text materials, and slides
- A certificate
To support continuous learning and application, participants also get a training bundle featuring a course roadmap and onboarding, along with episode notebooks highlighting key concepts, reflection prompts, and co – creation tasks.
A “connective” learning methodology supported by AI
The learning methodology is designed to be collaborative and practice – centered, structured around progressive problems that demand participants to link multiple knowledge bodies and apply tools to real – life cases. In this approach, AI is incorporated to enhance study methods, reflection, and applied problem – solving, including guided AI conversations focused on real challenges like stakeholder mapping, participation design, budgeting choices, and fundraising narratives.
As Wyde states, “We design learning experiences that transform the way people relate to themselves, to others, and to the systems they work in.”
Course leadership
The course instructor is Zoran Panteli (Novi Sad), an artist, producer, and program editor at kuda.org, and the founder of the Apsolutno collective, bringing a perspective that connects new – media practice with civic participation and cultural innovation.
Enrollment and pricing
“Arts Management for Social Impact” is priced at 1,400 and runs on demand with a minimum cohort size of 10 participants (up to 15).
